Cardano Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Grant Thornton as its new financial auditor

ZUG, APRIL 4, 2019. Cardano Foundation is pleased to announce the
appointment of Grant Thornton as its new financial auditor. Internationally
renowned audit firm, Grant Thornton, will replace MUTARA Audit AG as Cardano
Foundation’s auditor. The change in auditor has been approved by the
Foundation council in an effort to strengthen the Foundation’s corporate
governance and improve accountability.
